Use Essential Oils for Inhalation and Do a Lot for Your Health
As traditional herbal remedies, the essential oils are very valuable resources for help because they are effective in the prevention and the treatment of many common problems. In addition, most of the oils are used for baths, products for the skin, as well as for perfumes or air fresheners.

If you do not want to put the oil on the pillow, you can put it on a tissue and keep it near the pillow.
Steam inhalation of Eucalyptus essential oil for colds and flu
Add a few drops of eucalyptus or peppermint essential oil in a container with hot water, cover your head with a towel, close your eyes and inhale the healing steam. The eucalyptus is good for this type of use of essential oils because of its healing effects on the respiratory system. It has extremely good effect on colds and flu.
Dry inhalation against nausea and headaches
If you are travelling, the dry inhalation with peppermint essential oil will help you to have a pleasant journey, without nausea and headaches. Dry inhalation against anxiety, fear and panic

- Rosemary verbenone chemotype – dilutes the mucus
Combinations of essential oils for steam inhalation
All mixtures should be dosed at 6 to 12 drops for 1-2 liters of boiling water.
Inhalation for all kinds of ailments
5 drops of lavender, 3 drops of eucalyptus, 3 drops of essential oil of pine needles, 2 drops of thyme essential oil.
Inhalation for coughing
4 drops of bergamot essential oil, 4 drops of eucalyptus, 4 drops of rosemary oil and 4 drops of sandalwood oil.
Inhalation with antiseptic effect
3 drops of eucalyptus essential oil, 3 drops of rosemary oil, 6 drops of lavender essential oil.
Inhalation against colds
2 drops of thyme essential oil, 5 drops of lavender essential oil, 3 drops of eucalyptus essential oil or 12-15 drops of essential oils of pine needles or fir needles.
